*Students must also receive passing scores on required assessments as well as have a 2.0 GPA to receive a standard High School Diploma

ALL REQUIREMENTS MUST BE MET IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE GRADUATION CEREMONY.

Requirements for 9th Grade Students entering in 2010-2011 and thereafter

To include Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2 or higher. All four math credits must be earned in 9th-12th grade

Three credits must be earned in courses with a  lab component, one of which must include Biology

Social Studies

To include World History, American History, American Govt. (1/2) and Economics (1/2)

Physical Education

To include Personal Fitness (1/2) & PE Elective (1/2)

Fine/Performing Arts

Electives

9

College-bound students are highly recommended to complete a minimum of two credits in the same World Language

Students who are non-proficient in reading or math are required to successfully complete Intensive Reading and/or Intensive Math
