Prior to registering your student at LHHS,
please obtain a withdrawal packet from the previous school that contains the
following:
 | Birth Certificate |
| Form 680 (Immunizations) |
| Transcript |
| Withdrawal grades |
The following documentation is also
required for enrollment at LHHS:
Once all information is received and
processed, a counselor will be available to select classes.
