The Lake Howell PTSA is hosting the WINTER ARTS FESTIVAL, funded in part by the Seminole Cultural Arts Council and the Harry and Carol Massey Foundation, on Saturday, December 13 from 10am-3pm in celebration of our OUTSTANDING Fine and Performing Arts Department.
